How to get into your account, what to do when you can’t, and the extra protection a workspace can switch on.

Reset a forgotten password

Open the login page
Go to app.engine117.com and choose Log in.
Click “Forgot password?”
Enter the email address you signed up with.
Follow the link in the email
It lets you set a new password, then log in with it.

Signed up with Google or Microsoft?

Then there is no Engine117 password to reset. Log in with the same button you signed up with, Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, and your Google or Microsoft account does the rest.

Two-step login

A workspace can require two-step login for everyone in it. When it does, you are asked for a code after your password: from an authenticator app, or sent to your email. Have it to hand when you log in.

The activity log records logins and access changes, so owners and admins can see who got in and when.
